The Los Angeles Clippers and Denver Nuggets are locked in a fierce battle, with the series now tied 2-2 after four intense games in the 2025 NBA Playoffs. After dropping Game 1, the Clippers responded with a hard-fought 105–102 win in Game 2, and then dominated Game 3 at home with a 117–83 blowout victory behind an all-around team effort and stellar play from Kawhi Leonard.
However, the Nuggets answered back in Game 4, evening the series and setting up what promises to be an epic finish.
Throughout the series, Kawhi Leonard has been playing some of the best basketball of his career, dropping 39 points in Game 2 and leading the charge again in Game 3 with 21 points. Leonard looks sharp, locked in, and determined to push the Clippers forward despite his past injury struggles.
"I’m feeling great after the game… staying focused and wanting to contribute to the team. I’m happy I was able to play," Kawhi said after Game 3.
James Harden, Norman Powell, and Ivica Zubac have also made major contributions, with Harden highlighting the team’s collective mindset:"It’s a balance of having each others’ backs. If I don’t have it going, I can help others get better."
As the series shifts back to Denver for a crucial Game 5, the Clippers are hoping their stars, especially a red-hot Kawhi Leonard, can keep the momentum going and help them regain the lead in what’s shaping up to be one of the playoffs' most exciting matchups.
