Ahead of Sunday Night Football between the Los Angeles Rams and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Rams will celebrate the career and legacy of franchise legend Aaron Donald. The future Hall of Famer will be honored with a GOAT bobblehead giveaway for the first 60,000 fans attending the primetime matchup at SoFi Stadium. A special video tribute will follow during halftime, giving Donald a proper send-off from the LA faithful.
“It’s pretty special,” said Donald, who made a surprise visit to Rams practice on Wednesday. “It’s something I’ve been pretty excited about.”
Although retired, Donald remains active within the Rams organization, mentoring and guiding the next generation of stars. “I just want to see these guys continue to have success and hopefully get done what they’re trying to chase and accomplish,” Donald shared. “Anything I can do to help them, any words I can give them, they all know that I’m here.”
Donald’s relentless work ethic, leadership, and dominance on the field set a new standard for the Rams organization. His influence can still be felt in the team’s identity, which now boasts a top-five defense and one of the most dangerous defensive lines in the NFL.
The Rams (8-2), winners of five straight, will look to extend their streak Sunday night against the Buccaneers (6-4). A victory, paired with a Philadelphia Eagles loss, could propel Los Angeles into the number-one seed in the NFC
